August 31, 2011Hi Mary, Sorry I’ve fallen so far behind on my journal. Taking a couple days off here in MO before heading to the East coast to complete the final leg of my journey to catch up my journal. I’ve only lost 16 lbs but my waistline is 2 inches smaller. Yes, by all means take up biking it is great exercise for the body and mind.

November 6, 2011The last post was a month ago, and wondered if you’ll do a followup. You were heading to the presentation when your story ended. I hope you’re ok, but I haven’t seen any mention of a problem so I assume you’re just reaclimating to being home.
Great job Frank!

November 7, 2011Hi Mary,
Sorry I haven’t been posting lately. I’m having a difficult time trying to reaclimate is an understatement. I guess I have the “Wanderlust” in my blood and would like to spend the rest of my days riding a bicycle around the US or even around the world. I will be making some updates and changes to the website this week. Thank you for continuing to check out my website. Let me know what you think of the changes when they are made. Looking forward to seeing you in January.

July 27, 2011Hi Frank! Glad to hear you’ll be dipping your front tire in the Pacific Ocean in just a few days. Your cross country trip has been a long ride for those of us at home, too.
I’d love to do a day trip and ride the Katy Trail in September. Can’t wait to use my new bike rack. Enjoy your Pacific ride north. Nancy

June 28, 2011How are you doing these days Frank. Hoping to hear more about your ride and how you are doing. Thinking of you often!
I was following RAAM the last week and while you like your food I like my sleep. Don’t see how those guys and women can do it!
